Hi. I need to know where is my package will be posted to. Check at Chinapost website, it stated destination is China. It suppose the destination should be Singapore. Please help to find out. Thanks. Tracking number EE713768515CN

hi im Ghazali from Penang Malaysia. My tracking number : RB363747132CN

My address that i gave to qoo10 (seller) was
2751 Permatang Tengah, 13500 Permatang Pauh, Penang Malaysia.

Unfortunately, when i track using above number it state that destination is Australia. How ii is possible? and the date mentioned in tracking is 2013? pleaz help me...TQ

Your seller gave you a wrong tracking number. you should open a dispute and claim money back.

Thank you for your immediate respond. So, should I ask a correct tracking number since the seller said that they already sent out the items for shipment. And how should I to to open a dispute? TQ

I just get an email from the seller...and they give a new tracking number : RC363747132CN.
Fortunately, the items listed will be sent to Malaysia & may I know how long it will take to be successfully delivered? TQ

RC363747132CN should take about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive Malaysia.
