2016-12-01 23:35:28.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-12-02 01:52:00.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-12-02 17:09:49.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-12-06 10:19:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-12-06 14:07:54.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-12-08 14:05:51.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-12-08 16:10:31.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

Shenzhen Transit Station import customs means your your parcel was rejected in customs. wait one more week and track again. if still same status, you should open dispute to seller.

1. Yes open a dispute if seller does not answer you. Give the seller 72 hours excluding the weekend to answer you.
