Good afternoon: 😀 I send a parcel(cell phone) in france the 21/08/14 to a friend in china living in Shenzhen and I want information about my parcel it's the 18/09/2014 and my friend still not receive my parcel can you give me more information about my item. The no is RK879401662FR.

And can you explain me the step to a parcel shipping in China my parcel was arrived in Shenzhen but the status say's import security scan what does he means? And how many time you can change the status. And how many time a I received a feedback

your parcel is in Shenzhen china and should have some delivery problem. you should ask receiver to call china post 11185 and pickup the goods before it is returned.

i contact my friend to pick up the package and how many time you stock my package thanks for you service.

your parcel is totally undeliverable. You don't have unit number. No Chinese receiver name,no company name in Chinese and therefore can not be translated into correct chinese delivery address.

sorry, we can not help you to contact your receiver. you should ask your receiver to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel. if he can not contact china post, the parcel will be returned to your country.
