Post In Customs-Control warehouse

My item with ref ID 'RI020901701CN' received by China Post on 30/07/2014. But until today, 25/08/2014, the item still 'In Customs-Control warehouse'. Almost 1 month. What is the issue? Why taking so long for custom clearance? Still how long I have to wait?

there were some airline shortage during past 40 days. many parcels were stuck in beijing. customs needs time to complete the export scan. you need some patient.
