hello could anyone help me
i ordered two items on ali express with tracking numbers
RI175234934CN
RJ231898195CN

both stuck at Import security scan should i open dispute as the protection is almost up
btw no battery inside just some t shirts and figurines

both parcel failed delivery in U.A.E and were returned to China. you can not get the parcels. open dispute and claim refund asap.
