hello. i need a favour to track this item RI277947079CN ? what does it mean by " Departure from outward office of exchange" ? where exactly my product is? and how long does it takes for the item would be delivered to my country? please explain. TQ

The item is with Malaysia customs I believe. You should receive it soon if no problem with customs.
