Post I have not recieved my letter to Singapore for one month! Help!

My package no. is RR448308763CN
The package information have not updated for 20 days. This letter has been sent out for one month, however, I have not received it. would you please help to check?

1. The last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-12-06 14:07:54.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

2. Now either because it's the Holiday Season and Singapore post has to much work to do and did not scan your parcel yet or your parcel is lost/misplace.

3. Sorry if I could not give you better news then that.

Lost? How can I check with Singapore post? Is there any telephone no. to call? My parcel contains very important document!

I have checked with Singapore Post. They did not receive my parcel. If my parcel is lost, who can I contact to ask for compensation? It is really an important parcel. Thanks!

1. Then you need to contact seller and ask him to have China Post investigate about your parcel. You have not receive your parcel. You could also open a dispute to get your money back with the seller.
