Hi there,

Would you please tell me if this package was lost? The tracking number is RB933474842. This item was shipped from China to Israel one month ago and our buyer still does not get the package yet.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was sent to airline on Mar 4th. normally it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive Israel after sent to airline date.
