Hi all,

I have ordered an item from a supplier on offer.com from china to Dubai, it was my first time experience to order from there. The shipment arrived to Dubai post office but got dispatched and sent back to China because the package didn't have a PO.Box number..

My order tracking number is :RG129037296CN

Can anyone advise on how to send it back to Dubai with a PO.Box number this time. I have contacted the supplier but he never answered back. I am not sure if the item actually returned to the supplier or if its in the china post office now.

Please advise.

RG129037296CN was returned to Beijing. you can not ask china post resend the goods to you. open dispute and claim refund and compensation from seller.
