Hello ! I am also posting in the Asia Forum!
I had sent a parcel from India to China -Tracking Number-RD424081631IN
to
Songtao
NO.58 Daxue Road,
Zheng Zhou
He Nan,
China
450000
+86-15890682859

Site shows Delivered-
27-Mar-2015 07:10 Final delivery 450052 Delivered to: WANGNING
But when i contacted I the recipient- he say that he has not received the parcel as on the 2nd of April 2015 !
Could it be delivered to the wrong address ??
What should I do ?

Hello- Thanks for the info, but- the person who it was addressed to, says- He Did Not Receive ?
The Post Code On the address sent and the delivery don't match
Was addressed to China-450000 but Tracking site says Delivered to- 450052
The Carrier in China was China Post !
How can I get this sorted out ? Maybe they delivered to wrong person?

450052 post code is a sub-area of 450000, post code in china is not mandatory for delivery. your parcel was delivered on Mar 27. No update information will be available.

Many Thanks- for your Prompt Reply- Infact I had sent the seller the product back as it was faulty.
As you say it is delivered- the seller is saying he has not received it-
In such a situation- What do you think I should do ?

if you return the product for refund, you no need seller's acknowledge of receipt. you can get refund without any problem if the tracking result shows delivered status.
