Post help to locate my parcel

I would like to know what happened to my parcel from Singapore RC633503894SG. According to the tracking info it arrived GZ customs last January 30, but I still haven't received it, and its been 2 months already. Is there something I should do to receive it?

RC633503894SG failed delivery. it should be on the way returning to singapore.
