my tracking ID is RC996370296CN.
its been a month and my parcel is still in china.
Its destination is India.
Can someone help me with this???

RC996370296CN might be delayed in airport warehouse.

how much time does it take to reach destination??
Too much time is taken by China post. India and china are the neighboring countries. 1 month is enough to reach a parcel from china to india.

India Customs always delay customs clearance. you need talk to them, sometimes you need to pay some tips to them if you are in Kalkata.

I am from Madhya pradesh not from kolkata.
but what about tracking status ?? How i am suppose to know that my parcel in india or in china. According to the current status, my parcel is still in china.

and i have to place 2 more order but delivery time is very bad...

track here http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, normally the parcel will arrive in about 2 to 4 weeks after the "sent to airline" date showed in above link.
