Hi China Post,

I would like to enquire on my parcel :

Is it being stuck in the custom for any reasons ?

I have personally called Guang Zhou Post Office and 11185 to check on my parcel and they are not able to help me on this.

Its already 42 days since 进口总包互封封发 and it has not yet reached my receipient.

May i know is this normal or how long will it take to consider lost package.

NEED HELP !

RC625007385SG is in China Post guangzhou office. Ask receiver to call china post 11185 and pickup the parcel.

The receiver has called 11185 and 8668-6052 and the service personnel told her "Parcel not in post office".

You have check with the office and the parcel is at which post office location ? Li Hua post office or any post office in Guangzhou ?

It is in China Post guangzhou international branch.

please I tried to track my goods with the tracking number,,RS140905838NL....and I saw on the status,the delivery of the item was unsuccessful...please what's going on!! I need help please!!

RS140905838NL failed delivery in Nigeria. You should contact Nigeria Post and pickup the parcel.
