Hi, please help me with this. My parcel last shows custom scan at beijing on 12/11/2014 no update since. Kindly help

it should have arrived India customs but does not change status yet. Wait 2 more weeks, it should be released.

your parcel now should be in India customs in KOLKATA but not being processed yet. You can not do anything at this moment. once India Customs released the goods, you will see new status in http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php
