Dear Chinapostvolunteer,

Please track my mail: EK 207396428 US by Priority express mail via USPS (11/13/2014). On usps.com it says that the mail departed on 11/18/2014. Mongolian post office says that the mail has not delivered in Mongolia.

Thank you! Do you know why tracking says that it departed China many days ago, yet it has not been delivered?
