Hello,

My item reference number is RN331505228GB. It has been sorted wrongly from Heathrow Airport, London, so it was sent to Beijing, China. However, the correct destination of this item is Thailand. According to your tracking site, it is stated that my item has already been left Beijing Airport to the next airport. I'm wondering whether they noticed it and now changed the destination to the correct one, Thailand, or not? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared on April 4. Normally this means the parcel is going outbound china. I believe China Post redirected the parcel to Thailand. Normally parcel from China to Thailand will take 2 to 4 weeks, so you need wait some more days.
