on about 2weels ago i purchase a smart phone from china and it was coming by china post. i check the status daily but from last week it was showing the the NULL status. what is the mean of NULL pek? pls help me.tell me the mean of NULL. is it alright?

help me:
please tell me when the parcel reaches in the destination country through china post then how will we collect it.. what is required to collect it. tracking number is enough to get it or some more information is required to collect it..pls tell i'm waiting

its still showing NULL since 4days. the pakege is go back to the seller ? how many time is required for it?

RB586457315CN left Beijing for Pakistan on Sept 3. China Post can not get further information after the parcel leaves China. Normally it will take about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive destination. However, the parcel lost rate in your country is very very high. So nothing can be guaranteed. If you can not get the parcel after 4 weeks, you should contact your shipper for refund.

It all depends your country's local post office requirement. For example, In USA and Canada(China Post parcel local delivery agent), people just give the tracking number to their post office plus picture id, and they can pickup the parcel.

You should claim your credit card company or paypal and ask refund for fraud.
