open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund asap.

CP178666735CN MORE THAN THREE MONTHS THAT CAME FROM CHINA AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.
PLEASE HELP IF YOU ARE LOST.

if you don't receive the parcel after 40 days of payment, you should open dispute and claim refund for lost parcel.

My item got stuck at chennai customs. But Im not sure the parcel has reached chennai customs or not.

Last update : 05-May-2015 17:30 Held by customs CHENNAI FPO

Please let me know the status on this.

the parcel is now in India and china post does not control the parcel anymore. The best way to find the parcel is call india post.

I was pleased my order 40 day ago. Parcel not arrive in india. no any updates found in 20 days. Please tell me what is the problem?

RI434150022CN should have some problem in Beijing customs. If your purchase protection is expiring , you need open dispute or ask seller extend protection.
