can any one please tell me about my parcel location my tracking number is RC276569013CN. it was about to deliver in saudi arabia within this week

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Oct 12. it should now in Saudi Customs in Jeddah.
