I had bought an item at Aliexpress on 15th March. It was shipped via AliExpress Standard Shipping to India (Kolkata). The estimated delivery ranged from 18-28days. It was better than China Post so I opted for it at increased cost. The item was shipped out on 16th March 2017, vide AWB LP00067018382768. At around 20th March, the tracking changed to RQ097724035MY. I hoped that it was handed over to Malaysia post.

There has been total silence. No further information since last 2 weeks. I am worried that the parcel is lost. To add salt to the cut, another order shipped the same day by China Post Registered Airmail has already been delivered to me! Imagine my situation.

Is Malaysia post real bad at shipping? Is it notorious for lost parcel and extremely delayed delivery?

Could you guys please help me to locate/track this parcel better? I am getting mad about being cheated (I paid more money for this shipment method), and that even China Post arrived faster! I have been following these forums for long and I am sure someone can help me out in the right direction.

PS: The Buyer Protection for this order is valid till 14th May 2017.

Please advise on further course of action and help me out.

------i am from kolkata----see the problem is with our country whenever----parcel enters our country-----delaying starts-----------dont get nervous -----suddenly you will see many updates----in tracker---------------anyways------------if item dont get delivered you will get refund-----------------------according to my experience-----------buy from usa by usps-------------item gets delivered in 10 days-to---kolkata

Your Parcel is deteined by customs, you will receive notice letter soon.
Meanwhile you can contact them (Custom Ofiice) directly if you want.
BTW what was there in your order if you don't mind to share ?

Actually, it was delivered to me today. No customs charged. Just contained two US standard power cables for laptop.

It actually took 17 days to reach Mumbai from Malaysia (Kuching). 😮 😡
