Does anyone have any contacts of agents in EMS Customs Office in Santa Cruz.

I need a crucial parcel out of examination. It is under the same status for a month now.
I cam to know there are agents who can help fasten things.

EA058136585CN was shipped to India, not Santa Cruz. It is in the hand of India Post.
