Hi good morning.
I'm waiting to receive one package from china. Te package has send from day 18 of august, on the same date (8 of august) it has stopped of give some tracking status update, and i want know when I'll receive my package and where are my package..
could you tell me some information please

my tack number is UG901102204CN.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
