Hi.

I have an outstanding package with tracking number:

RI216441292CN

This package is shipping to Mexico, but now has over two weeks stuck on Export Security Scan.

Can you help me please.

ESS status stuck for 2 to 5 weeks is quite common in this season. you need patient.
