Hello,

I'm really worried about a package I was supposed to receive since November 14th.
My tracking number is:
RH074306901CN
I've already entered the tracking system and this is what it says:
item No Year Status Location Destination Date
RH074306901CN 2014 Received by China Post Shanghai Mexico 20141017 1713
RH074306901CN 2014 Export Security Scan Shanghai Mexico 20141019 2305
RH074306901CN 2014 In Customs-Control warehouse Shanghai Mexico 20141020 0043
RH074306901CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Beijing Mexico 20141024 0907
RH074306901CN 2014 Export Security Scan Beijing Mexico 20141024 1536
RH074306901CN 2014 Sent to airline Beijing Mexico 20141025 0321

The last status is "Sent to airline" but it's been almost a month since that last status.....

I need to know if my package is still on the way to Mexico or if there's a problem with it.

Why haven't I received it yet??????

I need support or an answer from you as soon as possible.

parcel might take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive Mexico after sent to airline date. so you need a little bit more patient. Make sure there is no battery inside.
