if aliexpress told you the parcel was returned, you can ask aliexpress refund you money because this is their policy.

I know this, but they don´t return my money, because the purchase is finished before I can open a dispute. Because you always said that my order was intransit to Argentina.
So, you are the Official Postal Office, and you have to tell the seller Lixia Chen, that my order was returned, so they can refund my money. I don't understand why Aliexpres know this situation and you don´t.......Ali Express is not the Postal Office, you are....

RC626686605CN was returned to Fuzhou on May 27. you will not receive it. open a dispute asap.

RC604937536CN seems to be lost or seriously delayed in the trip from China to Brazil. you should open dispute and claim refund asap.
