The last month was sent me to Mexico 2 parcel these are the tracking numbers

RC276923252CN
RI097164883CN

could please tell me what is the weight to this parcels and the number of packet?

This info is very important because I need open a dispute in Mexico

you can not know the weight and you no need weight to open dispute. Both parcels have arrived Mexico (Santa María de Guido Morelia), you should get them very soon.

Hi,
I was wondering, how long does it take for the status "Export Customs Scan" to change? My package's been in that status since December 1st, and I'm starting to worry about it. And how long will it take to arrive to Mexico, approximately?
this is the tracking number: RJ244240835CN
