por favor indicar el estado de mi carga

desde el dia 17/10/2014, dice que fue enviado a la aerolinea EN BEIJIN y ya a pasado una semana.

you will get the goods within 2 to 4 weeks after "sent to airline" date.

shipping time to Chile might take 4 weeks after "sent to airline" date, you need wait 2 more weeks.
