Hi.
the tracking of parcel RC840097494CN indicates it was sent to airline at April, 17, and it did not arrive in Brazil until now (almost 2 months).

normally parcel should arrive within 4 to 5 weeks after sent to airline. if you have not received the parcel, it might be lost or rejected for safety reason. you should open dispute before buyer protection deadline.
