Hello,

i need some help with this order RC270644113CN. It shows that it was posted on the 28th april, however now I see the tracking information on the website is different (before it showed informations like sent to airline) and the status I had seen previously was wiped off. I checked on the brazilian mail website, and it shows it has not arrived in Brazil, nor that it has been sent. I shows the same thing, that it was posted and nothing more.

Can you help me please? I don't know what should I do with this order... if I should cancel it or if it's really coming. It showed, on the 8th of may, that it had been sent to airline (Brazil), now it shows nothing. What happened?

RC270644113CN was sent to airline on May 8th. normally you need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel in Brazil. during this period, the status will not change. you can also check brazil post website for new information after parcel arrives brazil.

Hello, the status on this order never changed and it hasn't arrived. How do I know I have to start a dispute? It's almost 2 months it has been "sent to airline".

if your buyer protection is expiring, you can open a non-receipt dispute and claim refund first. If the parcel arrives Brazil later, you can repay the seller.

The parcel should be delayed not lost because some other guy also in Brazil waits about 2 months and finally received the goods last week.

Thanks, I extended the buyer protection for 40 days. I hope it'll get here by then.
