I need your help, I am consulting the tracking number RC031691782CN in the china post, but I don´t get any information and I paid the Purchase 10 days ago .

you can track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, there should be some tracking result.

If tracking result is "Success find: 0 items!", it means the tracking number is invalid. China Post has NOT received this parcel. then you should report fraud to paypal and claim refund.
