Hi,
Tracking this code gives me this message "In Customs-Control warehouse", It seems like is stuck in Shangai for some reason, could you give me some additional information about the location on this parcel? I'm a little worried about it.

"In Customs-Control warehouse" normally will change to "sent to airline" within 1 week. if the status stuck over one week, normally it means it has problem to pass security check and will be returned to shipper. you should open dispute asap.
