hola, aun estoy eperando mi pedido. El estado es:
2013-11-12 11:25, CHINA, POST, Receive item from customer (Otb).

Quiero saber que paso y porque la demora.
Me pueden asesorar ante un conflicto no esperado?

hi, but, the items have the same status:In Customs-Control warehouse since 2013-11-14.
is it a normal situation? - could have happened? thanks

if your parcel stuck in customs since 2013-11-14, it means it can not pass security check and will be returned shipper. you should open dispute and claim money back from paypal.(it might be too late now, you should not wait so long time and take no action).
