RB878008794CN was returned to shipper's city, you should open dispute asap.

How to open dispute and claim refund for fake tracking number and unreceived parcel?

China Post will not record the returning reason.However, most of possibilities are:
1)Item has copy right problem and was rejected by customs
2)item has dangerous item inside such as battery and rejected by airline.
3)Delivery address is wrong or missing
4)Recipient is not available in delivery address and recipient did not pickup the parcel from local post office.
