Hi: the last time I know, my parcel was sended in january 17th. How can I know where is it and if it was really sended or if it is on customs office? My order appears 3 or 4 times in tracking, the last date is January 17th. Thanks a lot

the parcel is still in shanghai waiting for export customs scan. We don't know why customs does not allow the parcel to pass the check, however, we suggest you wait one more week and see what happens. if it still does not change the status, then you should open a dispute.
