I would like to know the status of my package -- RB390022654CN -- which was notified to me to have been shipped (or sent to your company) on 9/19/2013. Please i need you help, i don´t have any information yet in the china post.

RB390022654CN is a fake number. you need to claim refund as soon as possible.
