It's been more than a month since these parcels were at the same status: Departure from outward office of exchange or Dispatching
what is next, do i need to keep waiting?

OK, but it still says that the parcel it's been in the same status (In Customs-Control warehouse) for over a month

If your parcel is in customs-control status over 30 days, it is not a good news. it might has problem to pass security check and will be returned to shipper. You can check the F.A.Q section for more information about those status meaning and solutions:
