What is happening with the parcel RA009644127CN?, why has been returned to beijing?
PD: Has no liquids or battery inside.

the parcel was returned not because of liquid or battery. it could be delivered to receiver and then returned by Colombia Post.

The parcel is NOT lost. Your parcel was recieved by Colombia Post, they couldn't deliver iy to you probably because of a wrong address and they didn't bother to call you and you didn't claim the item so after 6 days they sent back the item to China to the seller.
You have 2 options:
1. Ask the seller to reship it.
2. Claim refund from PayPal or open dispute if your payment method is Escrow.
