http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV236124532CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to Chile on Nov 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Correos Chile system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Chile). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Correos Chile gets the parcel from customs. Then Correos Chile website will show its new status with Chile location.
