Post POS MALAYSIA NOT UPDATING, HOW LONG USUALLY?

I've ordered before and sellers had sent my packages via China Post registered or small packet plus or Singapour 4X Pro or Yenwen , etc.
But never I had tried Pos Malaysia before; this is the first time that a seller sends me through this carrier.

I ordered Nov 4th, should I wait more or write to the seller?

The tracking number is: RC120450987MY

Malaysia Post website only shows RC120450987MY shipping info received. Normally parcel will travel about 2 weeks to reach Pos Malaysia. So I suggest you wait one more week and track again in Pos Malaysia website. If there is no real shipment location data, you should open dispute against fraud shipment.
