Hello,
I made 2 order during January 2018 and the purchases never arrive, I don´t received any delivery notification, neither any phone number or email address where I can ask for help¡¡ Please help me¡¡

Mexico Post website shows the first parcel status as "Administración Postal Reforma, Puebla, Pue., En tránsito hacia destino" .

Mexico Post website shows the 2nd parcel status as "MEXICO, En zona de intercambio int. hacia el país destino, previo Aduana"

Both parcels are now in Mexico Post office, you can contact your local post office for delivery detail.
