Hello, This is my first order and I did not read the e-mail and before I came item and I accidentally clicked the Confirm Received my order no 61696624852206 and my tracking number is RC964242959CN How can I solve

RC981948239CN was sent to airline on may 10. you might need wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get it. the status will not change during this period.

my tracking is RD026890445CN , it's in status NULL in PVG.
it's since 04.05.2014 in PVG. Seller do not want to contact China air post to accelerate the shipping. I cannot do it my self. Maybe you can do something to resolve the problem?

track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was sent to airline on May 4th. as airline is experiencing some shortage of space and delay in shanghai since April. you need some patient and wait another 2 to 3 weeks.
