Good afternoon, my package ( RC344027708CN ) was sent and am waiting since August! I'm from Brazil and I would like information , because the parcel delivery system here in Brazil said the package did not arrive in the treatment unit! Please, help me! :(

the parcel was sent to UNIDADE DE TRATAMENTO INTERNACIONAL on Aug 30. If you have not got it, it should be lost.
