Hi, I bought some clothes on rosegal.com more then a month ago, I already have my tracking numbers but haven't received anything yet.

MY TRACKING NUMBERS ARE:

RI173641665CN
RI188306436CN

It says sent to airline on 2014-10-15 and the other package on 2014-10-17 or so, when am I going to get my items? where do you deliver them, my address or the mexican postal service?

RI173641665CN has arrived Mexico, you should contact Mexico Post and try to pickup the parcel.
RI188306436CN is still on the way, I believe you need wait another 2 weeks.
