A Need a Help about my package , this package are in transit since November 2014 , my tracking code is CP288355616CN , I need more informations about my package .

the parcel CP288355616CN is surface parcel which goes through sea. It might take up to 5 months to arrive Brazil. I believe you should open dispute and claim refund.

Thanks , for reply , are you sure that is a surface package ? Let me know please . Is impossible to open a dispute in this moment , unfortunatelly I missed the deadline to open the claim , for now the only way will be 5 months to get this package ......
