Post Is my package stuck in china?

I ordered this back in October and supposedly it was shipped around November 4th but the status hasn't changed for more than a month. Did it even leave china? The package is going to Peru, according to the tracking in the peruvian post service the package has not entered the country. I really need some help with this please!!!

1. I have no indication that the parcel departed China. It seems by the tracking that the parcel is having difficulty passing the Export Security Scan in Beijing.

2. May I suggest you read this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

China Post Forbidden Item List

3 You might want to contact seller as soon as possible and tell him your parcel has not pass the Security Check in Beijing, your parcel is still in China.
