Hello, good day, I wonder if this tracking number is true or a false number, place an order on July 6 and until today have no information about the tracking number RJ804011751CN been a long time and is not normal, could please give me some help, thank you very much

1. Tracking number is a valid tracking number. You are mentioning that you place an order on the 6 July but your not saying when you got the tracking number.

2. In case you just got the tracking number, you need to wait 2 to 5 days before it gets into the China Post system. If after 10 days you can not track the parcel, then you could contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

3. Depending on his response, you may also want to open a dispute to get your money back.
