Post Help with "opening" status, too long!

Good Day,

My order, with tracking number RD252446955CN, has been in "opening" status since July 2nd, no changes. It's only some dresses, no liquid or battery inside.
Could somebody please help me with some information?

status not changing within 2 weeks are normal, you no need worry.
