Hi,

After Export Security Scan, I know it might take 3-4 weeks for the parcel to be put on a plane to Mexico.

Is the parcel for RJ340170730CN already on a plane? It has already been 10 days.

You can know when it will on the the plane to Mexico. It will transit through many countries before arrival Mexico. The middle locations status will not show up in the website.

Hello,

The package was moved to "Sent to airline" on January 29. That's 33 days ago and there is no update on my country's tracking.

Right now it's at 50 days since it was registered.

Is there any problem with my package?
