Hi,
Locking for my item with track # RH120796277CN here in my country on :http://www.4**.com.co/ (4-72 are the postal service that you use in Colombia) the search on that site give the info that the item was delivered to another person.. why? it can be a error of the postal site with the tacking number or realy they delivery to another person my product?

Please, verify and if it is possible try to have comunication with 4-72 and tell it that they do a wrong delivery.

or may my item are yet in travel and here in my country by casuality used the same track number? but.. it finish with CN (China right?} ... please help me.. the complaint om 4-72 was done by me.. but I needed talk to you may you could help me

it might be the seller printed wrong address or postman sent to wrong address or seller gave you tracking number of his other buyer in colombia. You should open dispute and claim refund from seller.
