hi, I have read bad reviews about the release of products from china post air. need to know what process is my product with tracking ID RB688060555CN and RB688060541CN. the deadline is of course in 1 week more and the above comments, I have little confidence that reach destination.

shipping from China to Chile normally need 30 to 40 days. If you have deadline less than 30 days. You'd better contact seller for refund. If you receive the parcel later, just reject it and it should return to china.
